This Petition is filed for quashing of R.C.C. No. 3309 of 2023 pending before the learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Pune arising out of C.R. No. 43 of 2023 registered at Deccan Police Station under Sections 498(A), 420, 406, 323, 504 & 506 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 and Sections 3 & 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act, 1961.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner submitted that a Look Out Circular is pending against the Petitioner, who is the 1/2
Gitalaxmi 60-wp-4818-2024.doc husband of first informant. Because of the said Circular, he is unable to enter India and participate in the investigation & settlement of the matter. He further submitted that the Petitioner is willing to genuinely make efforts for settlement between the parties.

Considering these submissions, it would be just and proper in the interest of all the parties and also in the interest of Investigating Agency to allow the Petitioner to enter India and for that purpose, the Look Out Circular can be suspended for few days. Hence the following order :-
ORDER

The Look Out Circular issued against the Petitioner in connection with the aforesaid registered offence is suspended between 28th November 2024 and 12th December 2024. 4.
The present Petition to be tagged alongwith Criminal Writ Petition Nos. 4010 of 2024 & 3741 of 2024 and placed on Administration Board on 16th December 2024.
