Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to amend to add the first informant as a party respondent. He further submitted that, there is dispute regarding the exact dues between the parties and it is a commercial transaction and not a criminal offence.

Considering these submissions, it is necessary to hear the other side.

i) Leave to amend to add the first informant as a party respondent is granted. It shall be done within a period of three weeks from today.

ii) After the amendment is carried out, issue Notice to the first informant, returnable on 05.02.2025. iii) Stand over to 05.02.2025.
