The learned Advocate for the Petitioners has moved a motion dated 22nd January, 2025 seeking leave to withdraw this Writ Petition and the same is marked as 'X' for identification. He however, adds that the reason to withdraw is on account of several lacunas in the narration of facts, the grounds and the prayers. Instead of carrying out an extensive amendment, the Petitioners desire to withdraw this Writ Petition and file a properly drafted Writ Petition in the same cause.
