We have heard the learned Advocate for the Petitioners by SUNNY ANKUSHRAO THOTE Date:
2025.01.18 12:26:18 +0530 SUNNY ANKUSHRAO THOTE and the learned APP. The Petitioners are the mother-in-law and the brother-in-law of the Complainant who has lodged the First Information Report bearing no.0262 of 2024, registered with the Vimantal Police Station, Pune City on 5th June, 2024. 2.
The contention is that there is hardly any act attributed to the Petitioners. When called upon, the learned APP submits that there are no allegations against the Petitioners. SUNNY THOTE

Issue notice to the Respondents, returnable on 18th February, 2025. The learned APP waives service of notice on behalf of Respondent No.1.

Until further orders, since the chargesheet has already been filed, we request the Trial Court to adjourn the proceedings in R.C.C. No.5498 of 2024.
