By the present Petition, the Petitioners have sought for the following substantive reliefs :

Quash and set aside C.R. No. 673 of 2024 registered by the Respondent No. 1 on 8.8.2024 under Sections 409, 420 r/w 34 of Indian Penal Code against all accused mentioned therein on such terms and conditions as this Hon'ble Court deems fit and proper. Talwalkar

The arrest of the Petitioner no.2 & 3 be declared as illegal and all the Respondents be directed to pay such compensation as this Honble Court deems fit and proper to the Petitioners;"

Mr. Jatin Karia, learned Advocate for the Petitioners on instructions from the Petitioners states that the Petition has become infructuous. He therefore, craves leave to withdraw the present Petition with liberty to file discharge application before the trial court at the appropriate stage. Request made by learned Advocate for the Petitioners is not objected to by Mr. Kiran Shinde, learned APP for State.

In view of the above, leave granted to withdraw the Petition, with liberty as prayed.

Writ Petition No. 4869 of 2024 is disposed as withdrawn with the liberty as prayed. All contentions of the parties are kept open.
