Mr. Jatin Karia, learned Advocate for the Petitioners, by the praecipe of today's date prays for speaking to the minutes of order dated 30.01.2026, seeking correction of typographical error in paragraph nos. 3 to 5 of the said order. In the said praecipe, which refers to the praecipe dated 30.01.2026, he seeks corrections in paragraph no. 3 of the order dated 30.01.2026 passed in this Petition.

Mr. Kiran Shinde, learned A.P.P. for the State/Respondent does not object for grant of the said request made by Mr. Jatin Karia, learned Advocate for the Petitioners.

In view of the above, paragraph nos. 3 to 5 of the order dated 30.01.2026 are corrected in the following manner :-

Mr. Jatin Karia, learned Advocate for the Petitioners, on instructions from the Petitioners, states that the Petitioners have already preferred an Application seeking discharge before the Trial Court in the month of August 2025, as such the Petition in the context of prayer clause (a) is infructuous. He by the present praecipe dated 30.01.2026, craves leave to withdraw the present Petition in respect of prayer clause (b) of the Petition with liberty to file appropriate proceedings. 4.

Request made by Mr. Jatin Karia, learned Advocate for the Petitioners is not objected by Mr. Kiran Shinde, learned A.P.P. for the State/Respondent.

In view of the above, Writ Petition is dismissed as far as prayer clause (a) is concerned. Liberty is granted to the Petitioners to file appropriate proceedings in the context of prayer clause (b) of this PEtition.

Criminal Writ Petition No. 4869 of 2024 is disposed of in the above said terms.

All contentions of the parties are kept open." 4.

Rest of the order remains unaltered.
