At the outset, learned APP submitted, that in this case, a "B-Summary Report" is filed by the Investigating Officer. The Petition is for quashing of C.R. No.578 of 2022 registered with Vadala T.T. Police Station.

The statement made by the learned APP is recorded and accepted. Based on this submission, learned counsel for the Petitioner does not press this Petition.

Considering this situation, the Petition is disposed of as withdrawn. If, the "B-Summary Report" is not accepted Satish Sangar
