He submitted that besides CCTV camera installed at the spot, there was one more camera through which the pictures were projected and sent through internet. That camera was at a different spot from the CCTV camera. This camera has captured the incident which Digitally signed by MANUSHREE NESARIKAR Date:

Leave to file additional affidavit in support of the Petition is granted. It shall be filed within a period of two weeks from today with a copy to the learned APP.

The Investigating Officer shall file affidavit-in-reply of the main Petition and to the additional affidavit in support of the Petition.
