Learned Counsel for the Petitioner raised a specific grievance that the raid was manipulated. The true facts are captured on internet CCTV which shows that the police had removed the DVR and planted some articles to foist a false case on all the accused. 2) Though the Senior Police Inspector attached to Vimantal Police Station, Pune city has filed his Affidavit, this particular issue is not directly and clearly addressed. Therefore, the Investigating Officer shall file a detailed Affidavit specifically referring to the allegations made by the Petitioner against them.

3) The additional affidavit-in-reply shall be filed within a period of four weeks from today.

4) Stand over to 02/12/2025.
