The learned Advocate for the Petitioners, on instructions, submits that the Petitioners desire to withdraw this Petition. Since an F.I.R. No. 371 filed by the present Petitioners against Respondent No.2, who has preferred the first F.I.R No.370 ADN

13-WP-4917-2024 (CR).odt registered on 27th June, 2024, both with the Charkop Police Station, Brihan Mumbai City, they would approach this Court if there is a consensus between the parties for seeking quashing of both the F.I.Rs, by consent.

In view of the above, this Petition is disposed off as withdrawn, on instructions.

If both the parties approach this Court for quashing of both the F.I.Rs by consent, the withdrawal of this Petition would not be an impediment.
