By this petition, the petitioner seeks quashing of the FIR registered vide CR No.945 of 2024 registered with the Naupada Police Station, Thane for the alleged offences punishable 1/2

34.WP-4984-2024.doc under Sections 115(2), 118(2) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita and Section 75 of the Juvenile Justice Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petition does not survive, in as much as, post filing of the petition, the Petitioner has been discharged from the said case by the Trial Court.

In view of the aforesaid statement, nothing survives for further consideration in the petition.

Petition stands disposed of.
