These Petitions have been mentioned for circulation on the grounds mentioned in the praecipe dated 12.01.2026. 2.
Mr. Krish Parashar, learned Advocate for the Petitioners submits that the Petitioners in these 4 Petitions are accused in FIR bearing No. 757 of 2024 registered with Chitalsar Manpada Police Station, Thane for the offence punishable under section 406, 420, 465, 468, 471, 109, 504 and 506 read with Section 34 of the
Indian Penal Code, 1860. He submits that the EOW has filed a "C" Summary Report qua the Petitioners in these petitions, holding that no case was made out qua the Petitioners. In view of the same, on instructions from the Petitioners, Mr. Krish Parashar, learned Advocate for the Petitioners craves leaves to withdraw the present Petitions as according to him the same have been rendered infructuous.

Learned APP's appearing for the State in these 4 Petitions, do not object to the request of withdrawal. 4.
In view of the above, Criminal Writ Petition No. 5110/2024, Criminal Writ Petition No. 5119/2024, Criminal Writ Petition No. 5128/2024 and Criminal Writ Petition No. 5133/2024 are dismissed as withdrawn.
