Our attention is invited by Mr. Haldankar to the statement of the corpus recorded in Andheri Police Station on 26.11.2024, where she has categorically stated that she is residing with her parents voluntarily, and presently her physical and mental status is not proper and therefore she need some time to consider whether she intend to go to her matrimonial house.
