At the outset, learned counsel for the Petitioner states that the petitioner had preferred an application for discharge before the Trial Court, which was rejected. He submits that the petitioner would pursue her remedy of challenging that order by way of revision along with invocation of Section 528 of the Bhartiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 or Article 227 of the Constitution of India. He seeks permission to withdraw this petition with liberty to pursue that remedy.

Permission is granted. The petition is allowed to be withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the judicial order passed in rejecting the petitioner's discharge application. 3.
