Learned counsel prays for an unconditional withdrawal of this Petition. His only request is, that the trial be conducted expeditiously. The Petition is filed for quashing of the F.I.R. However, learned counsel for the Petitioner informed the Court, that the trial has progressed and two witnesses are already examined. In such situation, it is obviously not possible to quash the F.I.R.

His other request for directing the trial Court to conclude the trial expeditiously needs consideration because Satish Sangar

9-WP-5335-2024.odt according to the learned counsel for the Petitioner, he is suffering from a terminal disease. The request is quite reasonable. The trial Court is, therefore, directed to conclude the trial as early as possible and in any case not later than six months from today.

Since two witnesses are already examined, it is a part heard trial and therefore, it is the duty of the trial Court to conclude the trial expeditiously.
