Mr. Ishan Paradkar, learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioners states that the impugned order passed in this Writ Petition is arising out of the Domestic Violence proceedings bearing P.W.D.V.A. No.44 of 2021 and that as the main Domestic Violence proceedings have been disposed of as compromised, the Writ Petition has become infructuous. Therefore, he seeks withdrawal of the Writ Petition.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is allowed to be withdrawn and disposed of as such.
