The learned Advocate for the Petitioners submits on instructions that Petitioner Nos.1 and 2 desire to withdraw this Petition to their extent. This Writ Petition is, therefore, partly disposed off to the extent of Petitioner No.1 Vinesh Velayudhan Ithikkat and Petitioner No.2 Mrs. Rama Velayudhan Ithikkat. SUNNY THOTE

We are considering this Petition to the extent of Petitioner No.3 Mrs. Vima Rejin @ Vima Velayudhan Ithikkat. 4.

Issue notice to the Respondents, returnable on 26th February, 2025. The learned Addl. P.P. waives service of notice on behalf of Respondent Nos.1 and 2.

Since the chargesheet has been filed, we direct the learned Trial Court to refrain from framing the charge as against Petitioner No.3, and her appearance is dispensed with, until further orders.
