We have heard the learned Advocate for the Petitioners, who comprise of the husband, the mother-in-law and the sister-inlaw. Having considered her submissions and on perusal of the voluminous record placed before us, we are informed that the first quarrel between the husband and the wife commenced on the issue of purchasing a Rs.200/- 'Mojadi' and that escalated into a full blown dispute between the two.

Issue notice to the Respondents, returnable on 5th March, 2025. The learned APP waives service of notice on behalf of Respondent No.1, State.

Since the charge-sheet has been filed, we request the learned Trial Court to adjourn the proceedings bearing RCC No./23/2023, until further orders.

Copy of the Petition paper-book for effecting service on Respondent No.3, shall be supplied on or before 30th January, 2025, failing which, the Writ Petition would stand dismissed without reference to the Court on 31st January, 2025. 5.

All office objections, to be removed, on or before 13th February, 2025, failing which, the Writ Petition would stand dismissed without reference to the Court, on 14th February, 2025. (RAJESH S.
