We have considered the submissions of the learned Advocate for the Petitioners and the learned APP on behalf of the State. We have perused the F.I.R. No.0384/2024 registered with the Shahupuri Police Station, District Satara.

On instructions, the learned Advocate for the Petitioners submits that this Petition is not being pressed as regards Petitioner No.1 and 2, since we expressed our disinclination. This Petition is, therefore, disposed of to the extent of these 2 Petitioners. ADN

We are considering this Petition to the extent of Petitioner Nos. 3, 4 and 5.

Issue notice to the Respondents, returnable on 11th February, 2025. The learned APP waives service of notice on behalf of Respondent No.1.

Until the returnable date, since the charge-sheet has already been filed, we would expect the learned Trial Court to adjourn the proceedings. We are considering this Petition only to the extent of Petitioner Nos. 3, 4 and 5. The husband has not yet filed a Petition. The mother-in-law is not an accused 6.
