The Petitioner has challenged the order passed by the Family Court, Kolhapur, dated 29th August 2024, granting maintenance of Rs. 8,000/- per month to the Respondent from the date of Petition at Exh.1, i.e. 15th February 2022 till decision of the main Petition. 2.
It is contended that he is working as an Accountant at Gandhinagar. Considering that his whole income is Rs. 11,000/-, the maintenance granted by the Family Court, Kolhapur, at the rate of Rs. 8,000/- is exorbitant.
