After arguing for some time, when we expressed our disinclination to grant relief in this petition, learned Counsel for the Petitioner prays for unconditional withdrawal of this petition with liberty to prefer an application for discharge. 2.
The permission is granted. The petition is allowed to be withdrawn. The Petitioner is at liberty to prefer an application for discharge before the trial Court. If such application is filed before the trial Court, it shall be decided on its own merits in accordance with law. 3.
The petition is disposed of.
