2) Disposed off as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty. 3) Learned Advocate for the Petitioner submitted that, the present case is triable by the Court of Sessions, as Section 307 of the Indian Penal Code is applied herein. She made a grievance that though the charge-sheet in the present case was filed on 15th September, 2021 in the Court of Judicial Magistrate First Class at Vasai, till date it is not committed to the 1/2

4) In view thereof, we direct the concerned Registrar/Nazar of the Court of Judicial Magistrate First Class, Vasai to bring the said fact to the notice of the learned Judge for passing appropriate Orders in that behalf. 5) Learned Advocate for the Petitioner is directed to produce the copy of the present Order before the Registrar/Nazar of the concerned Court for adopting appropriate steps as noted above.
