1) Learned Advocate for Petitioner fairly pointed out the fact that, in pursuance of Order dated 14th June 2024, passed by this Court, after transfer of investigation of the present crime, the police have completed investigation and filed supplementary charge-sheet implicating the Petitioner as an accused. He therefore on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw Petition with liberty to avail alternate remedy of filing an Application for discharge before the trial Court. 1.1) Leave and liberty granted.

2) Disposed off as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty. 3) It is made clear that, Petition is disposed off on the ground of availability of alternate remedy and we have not considered the merits involved in the Petition.
