The Respondent No.2 is present in person. The learned Counsel for the Petitioners seeks leave to amend for the following purposes :- (a) To annex a copy of the order taking cognizance. (b) To add the prayer for setting aside the order of taking 1/2

(c) To add the corresponding grounds in the memo of the Petition. (d) To delete reference to Article 226 of the Constitution of India in the cause title.

2) Amendment be carried out within a period of three weeks from today. After the amendment is carried out, the registry shall convert it into appropriate Criminal Applications and place it before the appropriate Single Judge bench in view of the order dated 11th September, 2025 passed in Criminal Writ Petition No.3901 of 2021.
