The learned Advocate for the parties state that, this Court's Order dated 17th December, 2024 is complied with and now, the case before the trial Court is adjourned to 6th January, 2025 to adduce defence evidence.

2) Mr. Karia, learned Advocate for the Respondent No.2 submits that, it was only when a non-bailable warrant was issued against the Petitioners, they recorded their appearance before the trial Court. Therefore, he submitted to direct the trial Court to decide the said case expeditiously.

3) The learned Advocate for the Petitioners states that, the Petitioners would cooperate the trial Court for expeditious hearing and disposal of the said case. Said statement is accepted as an undertaking to this Court.
