The learned Advocate for the Petitioners submits that, in the present Writ Petition, the Petitioners have challenged the filing of the DV proceedings under the Domestic Violence Act, 2005.. However, during the pendency of the present proceedings, a compromise has been arrived at between Petitioner No.1-Husband and Respondent No.2-Wife, and divorce proceedings have also been initiated. The Respondent No.2 has filed Application seeking withdrawal of DV complaint. However, the withdrawal has been permitted only in respect of Petitioner No.1-Husband, and has not been allowed as against the other Petitioners in view of the stay granted by this Court vide order dated 18.07.2025. 2.

On this background, the learned Advocate for the Petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the present Writ Petition. 28th November 2025 Kartikeya, P.A.
