At the outset, learned APP, on instructions from Mr. Santosh Jadhav, API, Kalwa Police Station, Thane, submitted that, after completion of the investigation, the police have filed charge-sheet on 21st May 2025 before the jurisdictional Court.

In view thereof, learned Advocate for Petitioner, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw this Petition with liberty to avail liberty of filing an Application for discharge before the trial Court. Leave and liberty granted.
