It is contention of learned APP that appropriate order be passed.

4.

I have heard both learned counsel.

5.

Considering the submissions of both learned counsel, the Petitioner is seeking disposal of his pending application before the learned Special Court, Alibag - Raigad. If direction is given to the Special Court to dispose of the Petitioner's pending application on its own merit as early as possible this would suffice. 6.

Considering this fact, I pass following order:-

ORDER

i. The Petition is allowed, accordingly.

7.

In view of the above, the petition stands disposed of. ( SHIVKUMAR DIGE, J.) Shantanu S. Dhudum 2/2
