1.
This matter was moved for speaking to the minutes of the order dated 15th January, 2025.
2.
The learned Advocate for the Petitioner submits that this Court had dictated a sentence in the order recorded in the Court hall, that if the Charge-sheet is filed before the returnable date, the Trial Court would adjourn the proceedings until the returnable date. 3.
The learned APP, who appeared 15th January, 2025, is on leave on account of the marriage of his daughter. ADN
903-wp-5663-2024.odt 4.
Since the learned Advocate for the Petitioner has made the above sentence, the short hand note book of Mr. Amol Nawale (steno who had taken the dictation of the said order) was examined. It is noticed that the following sentence was dictated in the open Court as reflected by his short hand notebook, "if the Charge-sheet is filed before the returnable date, the Trial Court would adjourn the proceedings until the returnable date".
5.
In view of the above, this motion is disposed off by adding the above sentence to paragraph No.2. The said paragraph would now reads as under :- "2. The learned APP submits that the investigation is on going and will require some more time. If the Charge-sheet is filed before the returnable date, the Trial Court would adjourn the proceedings until the returnable date.."
6.
The corrected order be uploaded.
7.
With the consent of the Learned Advocate for the Petitioner, the motion is disposed off as the contention with regard to Paragraph No.2, is withdrawn.
