By this petition, the petitioners seeks quashing of the FIR registered vide C.R.No.886 of 2022 registered with the Juhu Police Station, Mumbai. Mr. Konde Deshmukh, learned Addl.P.P, on instructions, states that the Police have conducted investigation. He Wakodikar 1/2

33-wp-5663-2024.doc states that the Police will be filing a 'C' Summary Report in the said case before the appropriate Court. Statement accepted. 2.

In view of the statement made by Mr. Konde Deshmukh, nothing survives for further consideration in the aforesaid petition. 3.

Petition stands disposed of accordingly.
