By these petitions petitioner is seeking expedite the trial pending before the learned Metropolitan Magistrate, Mumbai. 3.

It is contention of petitioner that petitioner has filed private complaint against the respondent which is pending before the learned Metropolitan Magistrate, Mumbai but there is no progress in the trial. This 1/2

Learned APP submits that appropriate order be passed. 5.

I have heard petitioner in person and learned APP. As the complaint filed by the petitioner is pending before the learned learned Metropolitan Magistrate, Mumbai for long time as well as this Court (Coram: Prithviraj K. Chavan, J.) has directed the Trial Court to expedite the complaint filed by the petitioner.

In view of above, I pass following order.

ORDER

i.

The Petitions are allowed.

ii.

The Trial Court shall expedite the trial of the petitioner without granting unnecessary adjournments.

7.

The Writ Petitions are disposed of.
