Mr. Karma Vivan, learned Counsel for the Petitioners states that due to subsequent development, the Writ Petition has become infructuous. He states that the challenge in this Writ Petition is to the Order dated 21st November 2024 passed in Criminal Appeal No.82 of 2022 pending before the learned Additional Sessions Judge, at Vadgaon Maval, District Pune. However, he states that the said Criminal Appeal has been finally disposed of by Order dated 3rd July 2025. He therefore seeks withdrawal of the Writ Petition as it has become infructuous. He further states that all the contentions be kept open.

Accordingly, the Criminal Writ Petition is allowed to be withdrawn as it has become infructuous.
