2) In view thereof, appearance of Mr.Siddharth Ghodke be shown along with Mr.Swapnil Kalokhe and Mr.Ramchandra Wagh i/b. Narayan G. Rokade for the Petitioner in the cause-title of the Order dated 13th November 2025. Order be corrected accordingly and the corrected order be uploaded on the official website of this Court. 3) Learned A.P.P., on instructions from Mr.Deshmukh, P.S.I. attached to Pimpalgaon Police Station, Nashik (Rural) submitted that, in response to 1/2

SKN 60-WP-5755.25.doc the letter dated 3rd March 2025 issued by the In-charge Officer, Pimpalgaon Baswant Police Station, Nashik (Rural), the Sub-Divisional Officer, Niphad Division has handed over the original documents of RTS Appeal No.111/2018 to the concerned Investigating Officer on 12th November 2025. It be noted here that, due to laxity and non-cooperation of the Revenue Authority i.e. Sub-Divisional Officer, Niphad, the investigation of present crime i.e. C.R.No.115/2024 is unreasonably delayed by more than six months. We deprecate the practice adopted by the said Sub-Divisional Officer in that behalf.

4) Learned A.P.P., on instructions submitted that investigation of the present crime will be completed within a period of two weeks from today and the necessary documents for obtaining Forensic Science Report regarding the signatures will be simultaneously submitted to FSL, Pune. The said statement is accepted.

5) Stand over to 5th December 2025.
