3) Present Petition seeks to direct the Respondent No.2Divisional Commissioner, Kokan Division, Mumbai to expeditiously hear and dispose of Externment Appeal No.185 of 2024, filed by the Petitioner assailing his externment vide Order dated 18th November, 2024 passed by Respondent No.1-Deputy Commissioner of Police, Zone-I, Mumbai. 4) Learned A.P.P., on instructions, states that the aforesaid Appeal will be heard and decided within four to eight weeks from today. 1/2
