Mr. Sagar Sonawane, learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioners seeks withdrawal of the Writ Petition with liberty to file Review Petition before the learned Family Court. 2.

Accordingly, Writ Petition is allowed to be withdrawn and disposed of as such with liberty as aforesaid. 3.

The Petitioners are entitled to the benefit of Section 14 of the Limitation Act, 1963 during the period when this Writ Petition was pending before this Court. However, all contentions of both the parties with respect to the delay condonation application to be filed in the Review Petition as well as on merits of said Review Petition, if filed, are expressly kept open.

Accordingly, Writ Petition is disposed of in above terms with no order as to costs.
