Learned APP appearing for the Respondent-State makes a request that she wants to workout the matter and place on record certain case laws in support of her contention, and seeks accommodation.

In the last Order dated 05th May 2025 this Court has observed that, despite of service being complete the Respondent Nos. 2 and 3 have not caused their appearance. A last opportunity was given to R.V.Patil

2/2 28 WP.5904.2024.doc Respondent Nos. 2 and 3 to appear and defend themselves. It was also recorded that if they failed to cause their appearance, the matter will be heard exparte on its own merits.

In view thereof, in order to give a last opportunity to Respondet Nos. 2 and 3, who are going to be directly affected by the orders passed by this Court, the Petitioner shall intimate the parties in the trial Court, about the next date of hearing. 4.

Stand over to 01st July 2025.
