When the matter is called out, the learned Advocate Mr. Shrikant Rathi appears on behalf of the Petitioner. He invites my attention to the earlier Order dated 05th May 2025. This order records that Respondent Nos. 2 and 3 have been served but are not appearing in Court and a last opportunity was afforded to them to appear and defend themselves.

When the matter is called out today, none appears for Respondent Nos.2 and 3. However, considering the fact that today's board was notified only late last night, this Court is of the opinion that one last opportunity is required to be given to Respondent Nos. 2 and 3. Accordingly, this matter is stood over by two weeks. It is made clear that if Respondent Nos. 2 and 3 fail to appear on the said date, the matter will be heard on its own merits and in their absence.
