14th December 2024 PC:- 1) The limited prayer of the Petitioner, who is the Original Complainant in the criminal proceeding before the trial Court, is for direction to the trial Court to expedite the hearing of an Application dated 21st November 2023 made by her seeking further investigation under Section 173(8) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 in the matter. 2) Mr. Kulkarni, learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner states that the Petitioner is a senior citizen aged about 73 years and the application has been pending since 2023.
