The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner had earlier filed an application dated 19 April 2023, seeking the return of certain properties which included a laptop, various currency notes, and gold articles. However, while the learned trial Court allowed the said application, it failed to make any reference or observation regarding the currency notes and gold items in the order passed.

In light of the above, the learned Counsel prays for Page No. 1 of 2 ____________________________________________ 9 April 2025

Chitra Sonawane 32-WP-5935-24.doc liberty to file a fresh application specifically concerning those items. Liberty granted as prayed for.

In the event that such an application is filed by the petitioner, the learned trial Court shall hear and dispose of the same on its own merits and in accordance with the law, expeditiously.

The petition stands disposed of accordingly.
