By the present Petition, the Petitioners have sought for the following substantial relief :- "i.

This Hon'ble Court be pleased to issue appropriate Writ of Mandamus/Certiorari or any other Writ in the nature of Mandamus/Certiorari thereby be pleased to quash and set aside the FIR bearing CR No. 333 of 2024 dated 13/09/2024 for the offences punishable under Sections 498A, 323, 504, 506 r/w 34 of the Indian Penal Code dated 30/09/2024 registered with Upnagar Police Station, Nasik." 2.

Ms. Siddhi Dawne, learned Advocate for the Petitioners on instructions from the Petitioners craves leave to withdraw this Petition with liberty to file an Application seeking discharge before the Trial Court at the appropriate stage.
