Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has filed complaint against respondent No.2 under Section 376 of the the Indian Penal Code, 1860, which is pending before the Trial Court. The complaint was lodged in the year 2016. After filing of charge-sheet, there is no progress in the trial. Hence, requested to expedite the trial. 3.

It is contention of learned counsel for respondent No.2 that respondent No.2 wants to file application for discharge and other applications. Hence requested to dismiss the writ petition. 4.

On the basis of the complaint under Section 376 of the IPC, charge-sheet is filed against respondent No.2. The matter is pending before the Trial Court since 2018. Hence, I pass following order :

O R D E R

The petition is allowed.

2.

The Trial Court shall expedite the trial pending before it on its own merit.
