1) At the outset, learned A.P.P. on instructions from Police Inspector Mr. Santosh R. Kadam attached to E.O.W., Mumbai, submitted that, after completion of investigation of the present crime i.e. CR No. 82 of 2017 registered with E.O.W., Unit-IX, Mumbai, the Police have filed 'C-Summary Report' on 16th March 2025 in the Court of Judicial Magistrate First Class, (Court No.47), Esplanade, Mumbai.
