Having heard learned Senior Counsel for some time and learned APP and after perusal of the impugned notice under Section 133(3) of the Criminal Procedure Code as well as the final order dated 5th December, 2024, at page 129, I deem it appropriate to request the learned Advocate General to address the issue. It is informed that the Atal Setu Bridge was constructed by the L & T conjointly with some Japanese company. Let L & T be impleaded as party-respondent.
The petitioner shall amend the petition to implead L & T as party respondent. Amendment shall be carried out within two weeks.
After adding L & T as party respondent, notice be issued to the newly added respondent, which shall be made returnable on 26th February, 2025.
