At the outset, Mr. Udane, learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner states that the impugned order dated 14th October 2024 passed by the learned Judge, Family Court No.2, Pune in Petition No.E-44 of 2020 is already challenged by filing Family Court Appeal bearing Family Court Appeal (ST) No.35795 of 2024. 2.

However, learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner states that common order is passed in Petition No.A-66 of 2020 and Petition No.E-44 of 2020. The said Petition No.E-44 of 2020 is filed under Section 125 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 and Sonali

45-WP-6075-2024.DOC therefore, the Writ Petition is filed challenging the order passed concerning Petition No.E-44 of 2020 and the Family Court Appeal is filed challenging said common order passed inter alia in Petition No.A-66 of 2020.
