DATE : 26th JUNE, 2025 P.C.:- 1) It is the case of Petitioner that, on the date of alleged incident of the crime i.e. 30th December, 2022, he was abroad, at Bangkok, Thailand and therefore the allegation of Respondent No.2 is not correct. 2) Issue notice to Respondent No.2, returnable on 14th August, 2025.

3) Learned Advocate for Petitioner is directed to supply spare copies of Petition in the Registry within a period of two weeks from today, failing which the Petition shall stand dismissed without further reference to this Court.
