After arguing for some time, when we expressed our disinclination to grant relief in this petition, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for unconditional withdrawal of this petition with liberty to prefer an application for discharge before the Trial Court.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has annexed some photographs to this petition. Considering that the offences alleged are under the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, these photographs are required to be removed immediately. 4.
