The learned Counsel for the petitioners submits that due to certain medical issues faced by the petitioner/s, they were unable to file the appeal within prescribed time. Accordingly, the petitions are allowed, subject to each petitioner making a payment of Rs.50,000/- towards costs within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order. 3.

The learned Appellate Court is requested to expedite the hearing of the appeal and dispose of on its own merits expeditiously, preferably within six months from today. 4.

The interim relief granted in these petitions shall remain in effect for four weeks from today.

The petitions stand disposed of accordingly.
