By this petition, the petitioner seeks quashing and setting aside of the summons dated 21st November, 2024 issued by the respondent - Police asking the petitioners to give their voice samples. 2.

The grievance of the petitioner is that they cannot be compelled to give their voice samples and that the same is contrary to Wakodikar 1/2

Learned APP seeks time.

Stand over to 15th January, 2025.

Till then, the summons issued by the Police shall not be acted upon.
