This matter is taken on the production board at the instance of the learned counsel for the petitioners. He invited our attention to the order dated 15.01.2025. The time till 30.01.2025 was granted to remove all the office objections. One of the office objections was that the certified copy of the F.I.R. was not filed. The other objection was that the copy was not served on the public prosecutor.

Since the petitioner has already annex an ordinary copy of the F.I.R., it can be easily verified from the I.O. at the time of arguments. Therefore, the office objection shall be treated as removed. The matter be listed on 18.02.2025, as directed earlier. 4.
