Mr. Sonawane, learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner on instructions from the Petitioner, who is present in the Court, states that the Petitioener will comply with the impugned Order dated 9th October 2024 passed by learned Judge, Family Court, Nashik, District Nashik. The said statement of Mr. Sonawane, learned Counsel made on instructions of the Petitioner is accepted as an undertaking given to this Court.

In view of said statement, nothing survives in the Writ Petition. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of by accepting the above statement of the Petitioner as undertaking given to the Court.
